


This was the first truly global brand campaign that The Coca-Cola Company ever ran, providing a consistent look and personality for the brand on literally every continent. It took an incredible amount of collaboration with our lead client, Jonathan Mildenhall, and a true coalition of the willing to make it happen. Originally launched in 2008, this campaign ran for many years and was touched by a ton of super talented creative makers from around the world. The world we created was imbued with the vibrant, fizzy, unserious flavor of Fanta and quickly spread from digital and TV to print, outdoor, in-store and packaging – where you can still see it’s DNA today. From a creative standpoint, I feel the original work we did in year one better tells the story of how Fanta can inspire you to resist the rigid, black and white world of grown-up-ness. But in order to get the campaign sold through to the more than 60 countries that eventually ran the campaign, we had to evolve the work to a more polished, universally relatable form.
