Aaron is a creative problem solver with 25+ years of experience running large agencies and teams, building holistic brand strategies, and creating award-winning advertising campaigns and communications. His journey has provided him with a deep understanding of brand advertising, emerging platforms, and live experiences.
Throughout his career, he has played pivotal roles in some of the most creative advertising agencies including Ogilvy, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Arnold, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. He has helped concept, create and guide award-winning campaigns for Facebook, IBM, hp, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Unilever, Michelin, and AB InBev, to name a few. Prior to starting his own brand consultancy, Aaron led the global team for Meta’s Creative Shop, working closely with brands and agencies to inspire a better understanding and creative exploration of Meta's constantly evolving platforms. 
Aaron is a guest lecturer for undergraduate and MBA students at NYU Stern School of Business, Cornell Tech, Miami Ad School, and Wake Forest University. He has been fortunate to serve on international creative juries including Cannes, One Show, D&AD and the Art Directors Club and his work has been celebrated by the One Show, Cannes, LIAA, New York Festival, the Clios, Effies, Art Directors’ Club, Andys, and SXSW.
Aaron’s greatest satisfaction comes from building collaborative teams and imagining new ways for people and brands to come together to create culture, grow business, and maybe even make the world a better place. Ultimately, he believes that any creative effort, when done with sincerity and curiosity, can be a force for good.
